NEW GOALS FOR 2012!

Been on vacation for too long. Letting my eating go back to crap. This can't stand.

I'M FAT AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE

NEW GOALS:
STRENF:
- Do a pull up
- Squat 160
- Deadlift 230
- Bench 95
- Overhead press 70

CARDIO:
- Finally run 30 minutes without walking or stopping!
- Bike more often and generally try to make biking my primary form of transportation!

OTHER:
- Get a Job!
- Weigh 140lbs or less



Date to accomplish goals by : April 1, 2012

IDEAL SCHEDULE:
Mon: Run, Walk, Strength.
Tues: Run or Bike, Crossfit WOD
Wed: Run, Strength
Thurs: REST
Fri: Run or Bike, Crossfit WOD
Sat: Lifting or Yoga, Run
Sun: Bike to Work

For the first week back I'm not going to dive in headfirst and try to run every day, but I'm definitely going to do at least one thing per day until I get used to running again. Wish me luck!
