January 2 - Strenf

Today was Strenf, deload week so not very heavy

Barbell Squat:
45 lb x 5 reps
55 lb x 5 reps
65 lb x 5 reps
75 lb x 5 reps

Standing Barbell Shoulder Press:
15 lb x 5 reps
25 lb x 5 reps
30 lb x 5 reps
35 lb x 5 reps

Then was conditioning:
10 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
9 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
8 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
7 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
6 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
5 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
4 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
3 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
2 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint
1 jumps || 18 in
200 m sprint

I was actually really afraid of the box jumps because I am super uncoordinated and I was CONVINCED that I was going to fall and die. But I didn't!

It was my plan originally to wake up and go running this morning but an overwhelming sense of laziness and also continuing numbness in my toes (the second and third toes on both feet) from wearing heels on NYE made me decide not to. I spent most of today applying for jobs online and figuring out school stuff.
Tomorrow I will be going downtown and applying for various restaurants and retail positions and such. Soon school will start back up and I hope there will be some more positions opening up in the University and also that I will finally hear back about some of the other positions I applied for.
