Deload week, last five sets were speed work. Super light. Couldn't bench due to rotator cuff injury from yesterday's snatches
* Cycling:
o 0:45:00 || 4.5 mi (+70 pts)
Time is approximate, just a night ride with my boyfriend. He
ended up getting sick so we actually walked the last mile ish. This was
basically the most awesome ride ever and I felt like I could go forever
and I just wanted to keep riding a bicycle made of friendship into
dreams.
