November 21 - Strength

Trying really hard to convince myself that I don't even want a bodymedia and even if I got one for free on the street I would never use it and whatever

except I keep looking at my boyfriend and saying "Wow, I want one of these! Buy this for me!"
"Just kidding. Don't. It's expensive and I don't need it."
"But seriously."

* Barbell Squat:
o 45 lb x 3 reps
o 65 lb x 5 reps
o 90 lb x 3 reps
o 105 lb x 3 reps
o 110 lb x 3 reps

* Standing Barbell Shoulder Press:
o 35 lb x 10 reps
o 45 lb x 3 reps
o 50 lb x 3 reps
o 57 lb x 3 reps

* Boot Camp:
o 0:15:00
circuit of 30 sec on/10 sec rest kb swings (??lbs), bent-over db rows (15lbs), sit ups, db shoulder press (15lbs). I dunno how many I got each round.

Life stuff:

I set up a schedule for myself today where I do cardio in the mornings and Crossfit or Strength in the evenings/afternoons. I think I'll try to put this in effect once my job ends on the 16th of December and try to keep doing it as long as possible afterwards until I get a new job. I applied for a ton and still haven't heard anything back. It sucks.
