For the first ten minutes or so of running in this morning's cold (~38 degrees) I was in my own special hell (running
and cold are probably the two things I hate most in the world) but
around the 15 minute mark I said "might as well keep going" and then I
did. The only part of me that was consistently cold the entire time was
my face and my legs, because the yoga pants they do nothing. Looking
forward to purchasing some running tights.
My HR monitor ran out of battery so no data on that.
This was actually one of my slower runs, but I guess everyone has off days. I blame not eating as much pre-run.
When I got back my post-run weight was
151.0 lbs! The carb devil will not defeat me!
